12-14 oz is standard for classic jeans with good durability. 10-12 oz works for lightweight summer jeans. 14-16 oz for heavy-duty workwear denim. Higher oz = thicker, more durable fabric.
What's the difference between raw and washed denim?
Raw denim is unwashed, stiff, and dark, fading naturally over time. Washed denim is pre-treated (stone wash, enzyme wash) for softness and vintage effects. Raw denim requires break-in period.
Can you do custom washing effects?
Yes, we offer stone wash, acid wash, enzyme wash, bleach effects, and hand sanding. Minimum 300 pieces for custom washing. Lead time 5-7 days for washing process.
What's the MOQ for custom denim?
150-300 pieces per wash/style. For custom denim fabric weaving, MOQ is 1000+ meters. Stock denim fabrics available for smaller orders.
Do you use YKK zippers and metal hardware?
