What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for clothing manufacturing?
Our standard MOQ is 150 pieces per design per color. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining high quality. We can discuss flexible arrangements for sample orders or test production runs.
What production lead time should I expect for bulk orders?
Standard production lead time is 30-45 days after design approval and deposit payment. This includes fabric sourcing, pattern development, sampling, and mass production. Rush orders can be accommodated with additional fees.
Do you provide customization options like printing and embroidery?
Yes, we offer complete customization: screen printing, DTG printing, heat transfer, embroidery, appliqué, puff printing, and specialty finishes. Our decoration team can handle multi-color designs and complex artwork.
Can you manufacture products with my own fabric or should I use yours?
We can work with both options. You can either source your own fabric (we'll arrange inspection and testing) or choose from our extensive fabric library with pre-tested materials. Most clients prefer our fabric sourcing for quality assurance.
What are your payment terms for production orders?
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and credit cards. Long-term clients may qualify for more flexible payment arrangements.
